A surviving parcel of land in Edwalton presents a challenging site that is densely wooded, with steep topography, public rights of way, and above and below ground utilities.

We’ve overcome these complexities with an imaginative scheme of eight spacious, high-quality executive properties, woven between the canopies of the trees, and arranged over two and three storeys, maximising views whilst working with the changing levels.
