Built for the founder of the Scouts, Lord Baden-Powell, the seven-storey building holds a commanding position on a prominent corner opposite the Natural History Museum in the heart of Kensington.
BPH has been home to an international school, who are looking to expand their reach with full occupation of the building. This means developing new creative arts and teaching spaces, purpose-made accommodation for boarding on site, and flexible conferencing spaces for use by the school and community.
