Restoration, rejuvenation and reimagining of 2-4 Market Place

We are delighted to have been appointed to develop designs for the restoration, rejuvenation and reimagining of 2-4 Market Place in the heart of Caistor with Lincolnshire Co-op and the Caistor & District Community Trust (CDCT).

Funding has been secured from key stakeholders at the #NationalLotteryHeritageFund and the #ArchitecturalHeritageFund.

The all-important Project Management will be overseen by Greenwood Projects bringing everyone together, and steering the Project and Design teams through the Heritage Enterprise Grant process.

Our AABC accredited conservation specialists at Player Roberts Bell Architects will lead the design team, alongside GCA (UK) Consulting Ltd, Couch Perry & Wilkes LLP, JDAConsultingLtd, and with support from Quantity Surveyor Ian Wilson of ISWA.
