Planning granted for 15 new affordable homes

We’re proud to have MyPad as a client. They work with registered providers and local authorities to deliver much needed affordable housing and we’ve seen first-hand that creating a high-quality environment and sustainable developments is absolutely paramount to them. 

We’re absolutely chuffed that planning has been secured for a development of 15 new affordable houses on a previously vacant brownfield site in Stapleford. The design proposals create distinctive, contemporary two-storey homes of a similar scale and massing to those of neighbouring dwellings along nearby Nottingham Road and Cemetery Lane.
