Planning & LBC granted at 2-4 Market Place, Caistor!

We are SO HAPPY that planning and Listed Building Consent has been granted for the restoration of 2-4 Market Place, Caistor 🎉🎉🎉

This grant funded project seeks to refurbish the cluster of listed buildings to introduce a vibrant mix of uses; including new retail spaces, craft workshops, business units, holiday lets, a community meeting room and exhibition space!

This has been an awesome project to work on, it's been a real privilege. We cannot wait for the next steps of delivery!
