The Former North Border School site in Bircotes is to be transformed to provide much-needed, affordable over 55’s housing at the heart of the community.
Going above and beyond, benefits for future residents include the maintained communal landscaped gardens, improvements to biodiversity, a sustainable drainage system, and electric vehicle charging.
Through the conversion and extension of the surviving school structure, as well as some new buildings, this scheme will rejuvenate the site and it’s well-loved landmark buildings!
